Day 167/365 I watched a video about " cold shower" today. A guy diceded to get challenge , during the 30 days, he had to take cold shower. He did it after he read a book "The Flinch" . This challenge isn't only about cold shower. There is about our habits, fear. It's about our inside power. When we force ourselves outside our comfortable zone, we can achieve something very useful in ahead. We'll able to have a power and we can notice... The cold shower it's not just challenge, it's really very useful for our immunity sistem. Scientists explored that cold shower can burn more fat. When we do it all out sistem start to circulate faster. Moreover it helps us to be more healthy, because after that our immunity sistem is more stronger for fly. There are 3 different way to do it. Firstly, just cover you usual hot shower with cold shower. Secondly,to cover only your head with cold water and then all your body. Finally, from the beginning you take cold shower. It's not so easy, firstly you even can't speak like usual, but step by step you get used to this temperature and your body to start enjoying this process. Since Monday I( was )also doing. Taking cold shower is not mere a challenge, it's really useful for our immunity sistem. Scientists explore that cold shower can accelerate burning fats.
