Professional TeacherWhat do you know about Nigeria and Nigerian languages?🙂
You may/may not know that Nigeria, located in the West of Africa is a multi-lingual country, speaking up to 300 indigenous languages ( a large number, I know)🙂.
How then do we communicate? You may be tempted to ask. The official language of Nigeria is English which makes it a lot easier.
There’s also a broken form of English spoken in Nigeria which is very interesting and fun (PIDGIN ENGLISH)😁. Do you have Nigerian friends or looking to visit? Or even currently living in Nigeria currently? You definitely should learn some Nigerian Pidgin 😁
Check out some easy Pidgin expressions 👇🏾
1). I dey fine ➡️ I am fine
2). How you dey ? ➡️ How are you?
3) Wetin dey happen? ➡️ What’s going on?
You should book a PidginEnglish class with me.
Did you know about the Nigerian Pidgin English before now?
Yes, l’ve heard about it before now.🙂
No, it’s my first time.😲

Thank you - I would love to learn Hausa but it seems nearly impossible to find a Hausa teacher. Can you point me in the right direction?
