Written Exercise 124 – A Bowl Of Oatmeal
This is a bowl of bland oatmeal in the picture. It looks like it is a bowl of ordinary oatmeal. No, it is not! This one is mixed with black soya milk and its residue. Yellow soya milk and its residue are rich in healthy plant protein, to say nothing of black soya milk having oxidation resistance. What's more, oatmeal is full of linoleic acid which helps to reduce cholesterol and is a high-fiber food. They are one of the perfect matches in our daily diet.
I highly recommend you try it if you are on a diet!

Written Exercise 124 – A Bowl Of Oatmeal
This is a bowl of bland oatmeal in the picture. It looks like it is a bowl of ordinary oatmeal. No, it is not! This one is mixed with black soya milk (soy milk) and its residue (leftover or bean pulp). Yellow soya milk and its residue are rich in healthy plant protein, to say nothing of black soya milk having oxidation resistance (antioxidant properties). What's more (what's more is used in much more common in informal speaking than formal writing. Furthermore or Additionally might be used in this case), oatmeal is full of linoleic acid which helps to reduce cholesterol and is a high-fiber food. They are one of the perfect matches in our daily diet.
I highly recommend you try it if you are on a diet!
