13/60 What foods are good for your health and how does junk food/cigarettes... affect your health? Nowadays, there is a trend a lot of people going into healthy foods. which is decent in general but people have to understand some principles. Such as not every product remarked as healthy food is beneficial for you. because each individual has to calculate his macros, then build his diet system and his food choices on that, some people shouldn't consume a high amount of fat, some are forbidden to eat certain types of food, some have a sweet tooth and they have to control themselves with sugar... So not every "healthy food" are good for everyone be careful in your choices and remember no extremism, no negligence, calculate it:) "the fine brain is located on the fine body" Looking to the other side, the dark one, unhealthy food affect our lives in so many ways "the stomach is the house of diseases" the main cause for most illness is what you put in your stomach and as far as you fill your tank with junk food don't expect the results will be the same with who fill it with healthy food. healthy people are more productive, have a better mentality, and increased their immune system by being choosy about their foods. Personally, In my opinion, the best way to gain a healthy lifestyle is by applying gradually good habits to your diet system, step by step try to boycott unhealthy foods which had a strong impact on your health. if you were a smoker try and try plz hard to stop this bad habit if you still eating a lot of sugar daily then be aware I advise you to read about this white poison its gain addictive and make you lose the sense of tasting sweets on healthy foods.
