affect your health? Nowadays, there is a trend, a lot of people are going into
healthy foods which is decent in general but people have to understand some
principles. Such as not every product remarked as healthy food is beneficial for
you because each individual has to calculate his macros, then build his diet
system and his food choices on that, some people shouldn't consume high amounts
of fat, some are forbidden to eat certain types of food, some have a sweet tooth
and they have to control themselves with consuming sugar... So not every "healthy food"
is good for everyone. Be careful in your choices and remember no extremism, no

people are more productive, have a better mentality, and increase their immune
system by being choosy about their foods. Personally, In my opinion, the best
way to gain a healthy lifestyle is by gradually applying good habits to your
diet system, step by step try to boycott unhealthy foods which have a strong
