Aim for activities that boost strength and help your coordination and balance. Try to ensure a minimum of thirty minutes of intense activity several times a week. I love hula-hoop dancing. I don´t think that just anybody would be able to do 30 minutes of intense physical activity daily or several times a week. I mean that would depend on the kind of shape/ fitness level you´re in. Me, personally, I enjoy running. Cheers!
