Community Tutor🔆🔆How to Form Habits🔆🔆
Forming a new habit takes time and practice. First, choose a simple and clear goal. For example, “I want to read for 15 minutes every day.” Small goals are easier to follow.
Next, do the habit at the same time each day. This helps your brain remember it. You can connect the new habit with something you already do. For example, read after breakfast or take a walk after dinner.
Try to do it every day. If you miss one day, don’t give up. Just start again the next day. It’s okay to make mistakes.
Also, reward yourself. After doing your habit, say something nice to yourself or enjoy a small treat.
Tell a friend or family member about your goal. They can support you and help you stay on track.
With time, your habit will become part of your life. Be patient and keep going!
