If people eat too much, people will sick. If I spoke english fluently, I will travel across the globe. If I don't pay my bills, I will take help from my friend. If you sit in the sun for too long, your body will sweat.

If people eat too much, people will get sick. - don’t forget the verb ‘get’ before sick If I spoke english fluently, I would travel across the globe. - this is the 2nd conditional, so we use ‘would’ not ‘will’ (Alternatively, you could use the 1st conditional: If I speak English fluently, I will travel across the globe. This would imply a real or likely situation, rather than an imaginary one) If I don't pay my bills, I will get help from my friend. - correct conditional, but we usually use the collocation ‘get help’ If you sit in the sun for too long, you will sweat. - correct conditional, but is more natural to say someone sweats, rather than their body sweats.
