A coin has two sides so similarly, every topic has pros and cons. Boosting the cost of fuel may solve the environmental crises as people won't crave personal vehicles. Rather, they will travel by public transport. The usage of fuel will decline. However, the nation's having higher poverty will have to suffer a lot. Especially, the common people would have to deal rather than the rich person. There are alternatives like electric vehicles, bicycles, etc.

Just as every coin has has two sides, every topic has pros and cons. Boosting the cost of fuel may solve the environmental crisis, because people won't crave personal vehicles. Rather, they will travel by public transport. The use of fuel will decline. However, nations with higher levels of poverty will have to suffer a lot. In particular, the common people will have more to deal with than the rich. There are alternatives like electric vehicles, bicycles, etc.
"Crave" sounds a little strange to me in this context. Perhaps replace with "desire" or "want"?
