사실 저도 그 어떤 좋은 방법이 잘 모르겠지만 내 경험으로는 그 사람들이 벌을 받을 수 없어요. 왜냐하면 더 많은 벌을 받을 수록 더 많은 규칠을 어긴다. 내 생각은 그 사람들와 좋은 대화를 나누면, 우리는 그 사람들의 행동의 이유를 이해할 수 있을 것 같아요.

사실 저도 어떤 방법이 좋은지 잘 모르겠지만, 제 경험상 그 사람들(문제아들)에게 벌을 줄 수는 없어요. 왜냐하면 더 많은 벌을 받을 수록 더 많은 규칙을 어기기 때문이에요. 하지만 그 사람들과 좋은 대화를 나누면, 우리는 그 사람들의 행동의 이유를 이해할 수 있을 것이라고 생각해요.
