Don't think negatively so quickly. Think before making judgement. Sometimes what you are thinking is completely wrong. Have you ever fault yourself for incorrect thinking?

别过早地消极思考。判定以前之前想一想。有的时候你的想法完全不对。你是否曾经因为自己错误的意见想法而自责。

I think I found something wrong in myself and that is why I write. I told myself I write to see the errors in myself, so I can fix it. I will.

我认为我找到了一个自己的错误，这是我写这篇文章的原因。我告诉我自己，我写这些是为了能找到自己的错误，这样我就可以改正它们。我会的。 (There's nothing wrong here, but I would think that this would sound strange in both English and Chinese...)

The purpose of self reflection is to actually see the previous actions that you have done undertaken in a different light. I actually learned this from a stranger. I'll tell you next time.

自我反省的目的是从不同角度观察以往的行动。其实，这是我向从陌生人学到的。下次会告诉你关于他的事。

He had told me in the moment you are in distress (I think you mean "in times of distress"), you don't see things too clearly. It will take a day or two to see things more clearly when you look back.

他告诉我在困境的时候你看不清楚真相（你这里可以用“当局者迷，旁观者清的道理”，或者“很难看得清真相”）。一、两天过去之后，你就能会看得更清楚。

Before I write my next essay, I always look back at my previous one to see what I have done so far. Looking back, I did find a fault in my writing this time round. I will point it out. It seems like I ran out of patience for a day. I will admit my mistakes.

写一篇文章以之前，为了让我看到我迄今的进步，我一直会看回顾一下我上一篇一次写的文章，所以我能看到我的进步。这回翻看上篇文章写作时，我倒是看到了一个过错。我会指出这个错误。看来我等得不耐烦了。我会承认我的错误。

The quality of writing is actually pretty good, there aren't too many things to fix. 

I will say, however, that one thing to improve on is to try and link your sentences together. They seem a little disconnected from each other, and a little overly succinct, both in English and Chinese.
