Is this sentence grammatically correct?
"The teacher will give pupils good marks at the next lesson".
Or is it better to write "The teacher will give good marks to pupils at the next lesson"?

Hey, I would say that the issue is with the preposition 'at'. It would be more natural to say 'in the next lesson' or 'after the next lesson'
