Written Exercise 239 - A DISH OF LO MEIN WITH CHICKEN LEG(一碟鸡腿捞面)
This is a dish of lo mein with chicken leg in pictures 1and 3. It is easy to make.
1. Season the chicken legs with a pinch of salt and granulated sugar, half of a spoonful of soy sauce and oil. Then steam it for about 5-7 minutes.
2. In the meantime, boil the water in a pan ( the water is enough to cover the noodles). Then put noodles in the pan, boil them for 1-2 minutes.
3. Put the noodles on the plate and stir them with the chicken leg and its sauce.
That's all! How easy! It would have been perfect if had boiled caixin to go with the lo mein.
Lo mein is the food I eat the most recently, so far, nothing can change my love for it!
