"Running on Empty" is an American drama film directed by Sidney Lumet. It is the story of a family that is against the system and run away from the FBI. At a certain point their son, portrayed by River Phoenix (nominated for an Oscar for best supporting actor) decided to live a different lifestyle after falling in love with a girl (Martha Plimpton). In the movie there is a beautiful song, Fire and Rain, that made me fall in love with James Taylor. Yes I love this song too.

The music of James Taylor, the growth from River Phoenix's previous Movie (two years after Stand by Me), and the story of the child's independence are very interesting. It seems that your perspective will change depending on your age. I'm looking forward to watching this movie. I will try to find it somewhere.
