I'm only learning Danish myself, but since no one has answered yet, here's my two cents:
Literally, I would translate this as, »Jeg håber at se dig snart.« I don't think that's a common expression though. To me, a more "Danish" sounding phrase would be »Jeg glæder mig til at se dig igen,« which is more like saying, "I look forward to seeing you again."
However, if you're looking for something more casual, along the lines of "See ya!" in English, I'd recommend »Vi ses!« or »Ses du!«
Any native Danish speakers care to corroborate?
