creditor、debtee是债权人,debtor是债务人
但是今天在bec高级书上的一篇讲accounting的文章中介绍:
creditor(GB)or accounts payable(US);
debtor(GB)or accounts receivable(US);
如果说creditor是债权人的意思,那么怎么会是accounts payable呢?
到底怎么解释呢?

debtor-someone who owes you. you need to take money from that person that's why it is accounts receivable.
creditor is the opposite of debtor. you have to pay to your creditor hence it's accounts payable.
