生產, 生育, 生出,生子.
I‘m from mainland.
生产:many meanings: productivity(生产力), deliver a baby(human being or other animals), making some product(生产出某种产品)
生育:mostly deliver a baby, can be used in human being or other animals, but more frequently human being probably because 育 has the meaning about 养育(raise kids to adults).
生出:oral word or daily word. an act about "deliver (a baby)" like 生出一头小狗=deliver a pappy.
生子:1. always connected with 结婚(结婚生子) for human being only; 2.particularly means have a boy like 生子生女都好=either having a boy or having a girl is great.
I dont think there is different uses of them between people from Taiwan and mainland. They are just a little different in meanings.
Hope it helps.

from beijing
we usually say "生孩子" to describe the act of 'have a baby'
生产: more often used as "produce and manufacture"
But. sometimes, as @Win Yu said, we say "你妻子什么时候生產?(你妻子什么时候生?)'
生育:often see it in the term “计划生育”(restrict the number of babies in one family)
or add "能力" to follow it (生育能力) to express the meaning of ability (health condition ) to have a baby
生子: old use, as @Win Yu said, usually used in congratulation or wish :祝你早日生子~(wish you have a baby soon )
生出: if you use it, you must want to emphasize "what is she/it brings out",
eg, @Win yu 怎么才能生出漂亮宝宝?(what should we do to deliver a pretty good baby)
(the ways to have " pretty, cute baby" etc)
她竟然生出了一个怪物(She has delivered a monster!!!!)

生產 is formal.:你妻子什么时候生產?Sometimes we just say "你妻子什么时候生/生孩子?"
生育 means "having a baby" :长期喝酒影响生育。
生子 mostly used in congratulation or wish :祝你早日生子~
生出 I think it is a transitive word :怎么才能生出漂亮宝宝?we do not say ”生產漂亮宝宝“
