I need help on saying prices in spanish
I work in retail i get a lot of spanish speakers customers that don't speak English they don't understand the prices i am saying to them in English for example how would I say sixteen dollars and eighty-seven cent ?Can i say tu total es tres y ochenta y setanta?

dieciséis dólares y ochentaisiete centavos

En España diríamos: SON dieciséis dólares con ochenta y siete CÉNTIMOS o EN TOTAL SON deciséis dólares con ochenta y siete céntimos.
Es decir que la expresión "TU TOTAL" no es usa habitualmente, diríamos EN TOTAL SON o SON (y la cantiiad de dinero)
