- bonjour (good morning)
- bonsoir (good evening)
- aurevoir (goodbye/see you)
- merci/merci beaucoup (thanks/thanks a lot)
- pardon (excuse me/sorry)
In clothes:
- Pantalon (pants)
- caravate (tie)
- chemise (shirt)
- Jaquette (jacket)
- Jupe (skirt)
- chapeau (hat)
- botte (boot)
- veste (jacket)
Other words:
- rouge (red/ also used for the ladies lip stick)
