Dear Amy, Modern Standard Arabic or Fusha is understandable in almost every Arab country. You made a good decision by starting with Fusha. Now you want to speak like Native speakers, so you need to:
1- Choose the country that you want to speak like its citizens because people speak differently from country to country.
2- You can watch Arabic series on youtube.com or listen to radio stations on tunein.com.
3- Take notes for what you learn in those media sources, and try to practice them by yourself.
4- Try to find a language partners from that country, and practice the language with them.
5-- Find a tutor here on italki to learn what you cannot learn yourself.
6- Find a teacher to learn specific sections of the language like grammar, spelling, etc.
I hope that answers your question.

أهلا إيمي
إذا أردت أن تتكلمي مثل الذين يعيشون في بلد عربي فيجب أن تستمعي لهم جيدا و تقرأي كثير من النصوص بلغتهم العامية، ثم حاولي التواصل مع أهل ذلك البلد

1- We have to determine which level do you have in MSA
2- You will choose dialect that you want to speak
3- you will work to change from MSA to new dialect
4- For changing from MSA to new dialect it will take time and you have to contact with teacher at first to make you plan how you will change and what do you need exactly
5- When we start changing plan to transfer from MSA to dialect you just need to focus on studying plan after that you will use other methods like listing to music and movies and etc
6- If you will start directly to listening or watch movies or listen Radio directly without preparation it will not help you fast.
7- Some ways we use as teacher to transfer some one from MSA to dialect .
Good luck
