Often when bands reform after breaking up for a period , or there is a change in members, or their music style changes a little, then they change their name a little to show they are a *new* band in some manner, but with a strong linkage to the old one.
I don't know the history of the band, "Love" but for me a change in name to "Love Revisited" hints to me that the Band, "Love" has changed in some manner - style, members, or they are back together after a long break. This is because "Love Revisited" is saying "Love Again" (ie Love #2) but "Love Revisited" sounds much more cool.

I can't speak to what it means in a band name. Band names are often intended to be puzzling and make you curious.
"Revisited" simply means "to visit again."
"I got very emotional when I revisited my old hometown. I had been away for ten years. I burst into tears when I saw the house I had grown up in."
One guess is that the band was originally named "Love." Maybe it broke up and re-formed. Maybe it perhaps with one or two different members, so it wasn't exactly the same band. Then "Love Revisited" could be "the new version" of "Love." That is, it is a kind of sequel title.
Sometimes, somebody will write a book, open a restaurant, make a movie, and it will be successful. If they make a second one, there is always a question about how to title it. A straightforward way is to add a number. An Arabic or Roman numeral can be used. The sequel to "Home Alone" was "Home Alone 2." The sequel to "Rocky" was "Rocky II." A number is boring, and people like to think of clever alternatives.
"Revisited" is one possibility. Aldous Huxley wrote "Brave New World," and then a sequel entitled "Brave New World Revisited." Samual Butler wrote a book called "Erewhon." It was about an imaginary country. It is literally about a traveler who visits Erewhon. He later wrote a sequel, "Erewhon Revisited," in which the same traveler makes a second visit to Erewhon twenty years later.
Another possibility is that the band wants you to think about situations where you break up with a boyfriend or girlfriend, then make up and get back together.

Revisited means to 'visit again'; in the context of 'Love Revisited' it could mean to reconsider love.
