”I don’t want to” in Korean
Hello!
I find it hard to say negative sentences in Korean, like ”I don’t ...”
How do I say ”I don’t want to study”? I’m thinking of 2 sentences:
• 나는 공부하고 싶지 않아요
• 나는 공부하기 싫어요
I’m a beginner at Korean so these sentences might be super wrong but I feel like I’ve heard someone say something similar. Are these correct and what’s the difference?

Both sentences are correct. The difference between them is just the meaning. "나는 공부하고 싶지 않아요." means "I don't want to study." "나는 공부하기 싫어요." means "I hate studying." or "I dislike studying."
You can also say "나는 공부 안 하고 싶어요."

Both of them are correct. But I believe we use the latter more frequently :D
