How do you say "in this lifetime" in Korean?
if past life is 전생 then how do you say this life / this lifetime?
for example: if someone says they were a king in their past life and then continue by saying that in this life they're now something else, how would you say "in this life"?

You can say '이번 생에는'. '이번 생' means 'this life'.

There is also 이승 (this life) which pairs with 저승 (that life = afterlife). e.g. 저승사자 = The Grim Reaper.
A proverb: 개똥밭에 굴러도 (저승보다) 이승이 좋다 = Even if you wallow in squalor, this life is the good one.
