Tvorog è una specie di ricotta, ma meno grassa - contiene tra 1 e 9 grammi di grassi per cento. Non ha un sapore espresso, perciò nelle fiocchi di latte ci mettono le bacche o la marmellata.

Desayuno todos los dias, es parte de mi rutina. Primero, hago un tazo de té. Cuando hé terminado el té, calento un poco de agua. Pongo avena, arándanos, y almendras en un cuenco. Luego (or entonces?), agrego la agua a la cuenco. Finalmente, revolvo todos y puedo comer. Todo el proceso toma sobre tres minutos.

Aujourd’hui j’ai mangé des crêpes. Mais pas des crêpes normales. Je fais les crêpes avec une banane et deux ouefs. Ils sont sucrés et délicieux.

Aujourd’hui, J’ai mangé un sandwich avec des oeufs et poulet. Le sandwich était bon mais ce n’était pas parfait. Aussi, j’ai un petite verre de vin rouge. (Idk, I tried😅😅)
