I'm glad to see this question. Because I used to have a lot of bad habits. Until I decided to make change. Well you should know a bit about the old me, 3 years ago I was living an unhealthy lifestyle, I was depressed and lonely.
Junk Food And cigarettes were my Best friends. I lived that way for a while then I decided to change. I quit smoking and I cut down on unhealthy food. I started to exercise daily, wake up and go to bed early.
I put myself into a diet and I started reading books, I also joined some hiking groups and I started socialize. I also started meditating, I joined photography classes and language classes, I learned English I learned how to swim and I was lucky enough to meet a beautiful girl that now I'm dating. I'm so so happy that I worked on myself, I invested in me and it worked now I have job, car and girlfriend. I'm 3 years sober, I've learned a lot during this period.
I'm grateful for what I am.
