I like to be the balance between easy-going and straight-forward kind of teacher. I like to adapt my classes for your learning style and your personal goals.
As I have a spanish teaching certificate specialized on online classes I have plenty of material and qualifications for teaching this way!
I love to have a great time while learning so that is what I also want in my classes.

"Listen, understand, comprehend and produce" this is the fundamental basis of my classes.
I like my classes to be fun, dynamic and easy-going.
My main goal is to help you communicate your ideas, feelings and thoughts, so my classes are intented for you to develop your communication skills: listen, talk and write as much as you can.
I always try to have some material: audiovisual stimulation, music, stories, games, work sheets, visual vocabulary, etc. I think we learn better when we enjoy our classes!
I also like to use different books and guides to complement our classes, but of course, we can adapt everything to your own special way of learning!

This was my first ever lesson on italki, and I couldn't have asked for a better first teacher. Salome was so welcoming, helpful and energetic that I instantly felt my usual nervousness of talking in Spanish with someone drift away. She made me feel right at home, and that will absolutely make all the difference for me in my quest to become fluent in Spanish!

I had a fun class today sitting on the steps of the Lincoln memorial. Salomé is always a trooper working with me from all the different places I do my lessons. Today was the first time I did a lesson while outside around a bunch of other people and it was quite fun. We got to discuss a little bit about US history in a perfect setting …
