Hi! I'm Jørgen, a 25 year old musician and music teacher living in Oslo. In addition to music, I have a passion for languages and have learned three foreign languages so far. I know English fluently and German pretty much fluent, and right now I am planning to study Spanish at University to improve it as well.
That's why I think I know pretty well what it's like to learn a language, at every stage of the process. I would love to help you out at any point in your journey towards learning Norwegian.

Me as a Teacher
As a teacher I focus on creating a comfortable atmosphere for the student, where you can make mistakes without worrying. I like to have informal conversations about whatever the student wants to talk about, of course in Norwegian. Any speaking practice is good!
My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are conversation lessons. We will not use a textbook, but rather speak Norwegian as much as possible, about topics that interest you. We will talk about things like grammar and pronounciation when it's natural in the conversation, and if you're interested, we can read articles or watch videos in Norwegian as well.
If you don't know where to start, or what topic you want to talk about, don't worry. You can let me pick a topic or start a conversation, and we'll take it from there.

Jørgen is so easy to talk to, very friendly. I really enjoyed our first meeting and will book more time to practice my Norsk med han! Tusen tak, Jørgen. Vi ses!
