Though my great-grandmother spoke Quechua, I rediscovered this linguistic treasure as a teen, sparking a lifelong mission to preserve our indigenous identity. Beyond grammar, I thrive on making language learning vibrant and practical: think cooking with Quichua phrases or discussing traditions under the shade of a tree. Whether you’re a heritage learner or a curious explorer, let’s turn lessons into a cultural adventure—cayacama! Although I know that learning grammar is important, I believe that what most of us want to have the ability to communicate as soon as possible in the language we are learning. Having lived among various indigenous communities in Ecuador has granted me a profound understanding of their ideologies and customs.
