I have a bachelor degree in Environmental Biology and a master degree in Ecotourism. I have worked as an environmental educator, travel consultant and even had my own travel company for a while. I love travelling and spending time in nature. At this moment I am training in the Ecotuner programme of the School of Ecopsychology of Spain because I want to be ecotherapist. I am also sound therapist and Native American flute musician & teacher. I combine these activities with my Spanish teaching job. I am very much into healthy living and eating, and I practise yoga and meditation.Me as a Teacher
I like to teach Spanish because it is a way to keep in contact with my language while living abroad and I can meet many different people. I have been doing it for more than ten years, mainly private lessons, both online and in person. I have a certificate in Spanish teaching as well. My speciality is teaching travel Spanish and I developed lots of materials around this topic. My lessons & teaching style
My classes are relaxed and interactive, very practical and with topics of daily life. I can prepare classes adapted to the needs of the students and talk about their interest. I find very important to correct the students in an effective way that help them learn.My teaching material

Nice lesson with Marbel. We discussed about many topics which interest us both.She speaks in a slow pace an elegant standard Castilian Spanish and is knowledgeable about her language. At the end of the class, she told me my mistakes and corrected them. I highly recommend Marbel which travelled a lot and knows different cultures.
