I'm an International Business Professional and an Economist from Colombia. I'm easy going and love travelling through Latin America, that's why I know most of the colloquialisms of many of the countries. I like nothing better than sitting down with a good cup of coffee and having a conversation, which is what I will try to make our classes like.Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching Spanish for around 7 years online and personally, I can help make your Spanish better, particularly in three areas.
* I have studied acting in both Spanish and French, so I know how to help you with oral skills
* My background in business and economics means I can help you focus on those areas if you are learning Spanish for work
* I am knowledgable about the mechanics of a language: grammar, punctuation, syntax, spelling and conjugationsMy lessons & teaching style
*I write and prepare documents with grammar topics and send them to my students
*I teach new vocabulary from synonyms and stories that have to do with Latin America
*I send articles before lessons with diverse interesting topics so we give our opinions and discuss about them en español
*I help you prepare speeches, conferences or pitches en español with acting exercises to improve your oral skills

As a teacher, Felipe is such a great fit for my level. Whether my language issues are related to speaking, writing, or in some cases grammar, Felipe always pushes me in the direction I need to be heading toward. Like an excellent trainer, he is extremely well prepared and eager to bring out my best performance. There is never a dull moment with him. I've never heard anyone (from a native speaker's point of view) give such easy-to-understand explanations of the subjunctive. Felipe is really helping me break out of my intermediate level of Spanish. After our lessons, I always walk away refreshed and energetic.
