Andrea Deloi

Andrea is a very talented teacher, within few months I have improved my spanish level more than I expected. The classes are always very interesting with a good combination of conversation and formal teaching with support material (Text, video, etc...). Andrea is very organised and the classes follow a structured approach, which helps with self learning between the classes. I cannot recommend Andrea more.

A session with Andrea is like having a college language professor all to yourself. She is focused, organized and completely professional. Not a minute is wasted. If you are interested in someone who goes above and beyond and really presents things in a way that meets your needs, I would recommend Andrea 101%!

Andrea is super great! I came in as a self taught learner and had a lot of gramatical, contextual, and structural questions. Andrea does an excellent job keeping me on track, while answering my questions in a way that precisely address what my underlying question/difficulty is. She also is very encouraging and professional. I don't feel embarrassed to speak with her, even though I mess up a lot. She affirms me when I need it, saying I'm not as bad as I would think, and corrects on the spot in a way that feel fluid, but also provides me clarity on what I'm actually saying. This is crucial for any learner. I've done a handful of lessons and already have had a couple of "ah-hah" moments about my studies and how the language works as compared to my native tongue. Bottom line, the greatest value you receive with Andrea is she is very good at identifying you're underlying struggles and how to help you advance in a way that is comfortable, exciting, and encouraging.

Andrea is organized, thoughtful, and kind. Her lessons are planned out rigorously, and she takes into account your personal needs in every action she takes to progress your lesson. Further, Andrea cares not only about your learning and fluency with the language, but also about hearing your thoughts and opinions on topics and issues that occur in daily life. I have had a wonderful time learning the language with her.

This was a very good start to my success in good conversational Spanish. I liked that she speaks Spanish in most of the class which pushed me to listen carefully and understand. She also doesn’t speak too fast but at a reasonable pace.

Andrea is a great teacher. She’s always organized and ready to teach. She does a great job of balancing informal conversations and teaching. She has great materials that aid in her teaching as well. I will continue to have her as my tutor. I’m excited to see how much more I’ll learn from her.
