Manu is super positive and encouraging. I'd informed him I'd like to prepare for an interview and he came ready with questions to ask me. We simulated the process and he gave me space to express my thoughts — after each question we went over feedback so I could note new vocabulary and more natural expressions. He has the perfect balance of support: he allowed me to articulate my thoughts before stepping in to help, and if I was stuck he was patient and gave me the time to think and restructure my answer
