Certified TEFL/Goethe teacher with 7+ years online teaching experience & 3 further years in schools. I specialise in *conversational German and English* for all levels. From southern California to Germany to Scotland, my multicultural journey helps me connect with students adapting to new languages and cultures. Whether you’re prepping for exams, relocating, or just love learning, I blend *real-world practice* with friendly, tailored lessons. I have a Diploma in Montessori Education, a Bachelors degree in the Creative Arts and a Masters degree in Publishing Studies. Let’s make language learning an adventure—click my profile to explore lessons. With thousands of classes under my belt, I’m trying something new. Rather than categorising classes by learner level, I’m switching to a learner and teacher engagement model. This lets you decide how invested you would like me to be in your success in and out of class. All classes begin with us getting to know each other, discussing the student's language aims and goals in general. I am approachable, flexible and easy going. My students feel at ease learning with me whether it is to improve their conversation or whether they aspire to pass exams and relocate. I offer consistent support and kind correction aiming always for continuous language improvement. My teaching style is informal and conversational. Every class with Mortica has been better then the last. She understands how I learn and some of my challenges and fosters that part of my learning process. I look forward to each class

Morticia is a very engaging and supportive German teacher. Thanks to her approach, I started speaking German almost immediately with her help. And her comments and suggestions help me to enlarge my vocabulary very fast.

Danke!
