5+ years experience - master degree in teaching Italian - classes in Spanish/English/Italian I'm an easy going person, I think class is a moment to learn the language but also enjoy the time together.

I am a qualified English teacher but I have later specialised in teaching Italian as a second language and after years working in private K-12/language schools in Istanbul I have started a freelance adventure. It has been a satisfying and fulfilling journey so far. My current job involves not only teaching general Italian but also preparing students who want to take one of the Italian official certifications such as CILS, CELI etc as well as preparing for University entry tests.

Tutor di lingua da 3 anni Amo instaurare un rapporto d'amicizia con i miei studenti di modo che le lezioni sembrino un piacevole momento d'incontro. Mi piace scherzare, fare parallelismi e fornire diversi spunti musicali e letterari o in generale artistici, confrontandomi sempre con lo studente e i suoi gusti personali. Sono disponibile anche al di fuori dell'orario delle lezioni per chiarimenti, consigli e delucidazioni. Generalmente preferisco parlare in italiano durante l'intera lezione ma qualora lo studente lo richiedesse , ad esempio per chiarimenti su regole grammaticali, potrei dare spiegazioni in inglese. Oltre all'apprendimento mi piacerebbe farvi passare una piacevole e divertente lezione.

So, però, che per parlare correttamente anche la grammatica e la sintassi sono molto importanti e, visto che in italiano sono molto complesse e ci sono moltissime regole, mi piace affrontarle partendo dalla conversazione, da letture e da video. Imparare dev'essere divertente e appassionante... altrimenti dopo un po' si perde la motivazione.
