Over the past seven years, I have taught more than 4,700 lessons to over 350 students from many different countries. I also speak Thai fluently, so I understand both the challenges and the enjoyment of learning and using different languages. I teach Lao from beginner to advanced level. Whether you are starting from zero, living or travelling in Laos, communicating with Lao family or friends, or simply interested in the language and culture, I will adapt the lessons to your level, goals and learning pace. Depending on the student, I may use the book “Lao for Beginners”, Lao language textbooks for foreign learners from the National University of Laos, worksheets, or materials that I create myself. I regularly prepare my own exercises and adapt them to each student’s level, needs and progress. Lessons can include speaking, pronunciation, listening, reading and practical everyday Lao. Every student is different, so I don’t believe in giving exactly the same lesson to everyone.
