I hold a degree in English from the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL). My journey as a teacher began during my university studies, where I taught English to the local community and fellow students as part of a university-led project. I later transitioned to online teaching for language institutes. After graduating, I continued working at language schools and as a private tutor, which has solidified my specialty in guiding beginner-level students. I have a deep understanding of the initial challenges of learning a language and know exactly how to build the strong foundation you need to advance toward fluency with confidence.

I have effective communications skills, naturally outgoing person, it contributes to create a genuine environment between us. In my hometown, I have taught portuguese for foreigners students in my university for about 4 years. When I traveled to Cambodia I taught kids english and french in a small town. This experience helped me to be more sensitive and caring while I teach.

Portuguese Language Specialist | A1–B2 Learning Made Easy I began my language teaching journey in 2016 and have the privilege of teaching Portuguese as a Foreign Language at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where I earned a postgraduate degree in Teaching Portuguese as a Non-native Language. I hold TEFL and TEYL certificates, and I've honed my skills in teaching grammar and conversation to learners from age 4 to adults. The student will be monitored during the class and I will always be attentive to corrections and improvements.

In my class they are formatted to pass the exam, following the guidelines set by the Portuguese examination center. Additionally, I've had a growing number of students preparing for DAPLE exams (C1). Recently, there has been a notable increase in students relocating to Portugal, reflecting its rising popularity as a destination. This trend requires a different approach for teaching.
