I'm currently learning Spanish, Chinese(Mandarin), German and Japanese ^-^ P.S, Japan is really awesome!! (>*o*>) (^*o*^) (<*o*<) I would love to learn Japanese and learn about Japan's culture!! (However, I am NOT an Otaku) :P hahaha And I think that the Chinese culture is very, very interesting as well!! (/^-^)/ (^_^)/ (^-^) The different traditions amaze me!     Can someone help me with these Japanese quotes please? Hellooooooo guys! こんにちは皆さん！

    I came across a few quotes that I didn't understand.

    1a.) 朝、目が覚めると、ながか泣いている。1b.) そういうことが時々ある。

    For some reason, I wake up crying in the morning....? And I have no idea what the second sentence means.. Stuff like that happens sometimes....?

    2.) 見ていたはずの夢は、いつも思い出せない。

    And I don't know what this sentence means either... Something about recalling something? Some kind of dream? I don't know..

    Can someone help me with these quotes please? Any little bit of help counts :(

    And also what AJ Tutor said. You're giving him an ouchie is another way of saying that you're hurting him(In a babyish way. She's just softening her sentence and such and babying him, lol.) **Sorry for all of the messages**

    Also, it's a baby~ish word people use for toddlers, when a toddler gets hurt. For example, if a toddler falls and scrapes his knee. Some people might say, ‘He has a scrape or a cut on his knee.’ But if you want to baby him, some might call the cut/scrape an ‘Ouchie/Owie/boo boo.’ Also, the little kid might say 'I have a boo boo/owie/ouchie' Honestly, I've only heard this in t.v shows. I've never (or rarely) heard anyone use those words in everyday life. Putting it in order (in my opinion). The last being the MOST babyish. -Ouchie -Owie -Boo boo
