Soy licenciado en español y estudios internacionales. Me interesa el examen porque necesito motivarme para continuar avanzando. Necesito ayuda con la escritura y la gramática. [[GERMAN]] Ich bin ein Anfänger. Ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch. Danke für deine Hilfe! [[PORTUGUESE]] I speak Spanish, so I understand some written language. But the pronunciation is different, so I struggle with listening and especially speaking.

    Personally, I recommend messaging the tutor before the first lesson to set expectations. There is a contact form that you can fill out or you can just send them a casual message. If you haven't met with a teacher before, you can do a "trial lesson" that is usually more affordable and shorter. Keep in mind that you might not connect with your first tutor. There are lots of options if that's the case. Good luck!

    These are all adverbs, except for "lovely" which is an adjective. To be clear, adverbs modify verbs, "You speak English well." "I write Arabic badly." "He walks normally." The adverb is modifying the verb: speak-well, write-badly, walks-normally Whereas adjectives modify nouns, "This smells bad." "This tastes good." and "That looks lovely." The adjective is modifying the noun: this-bad, this-good, that-lovely.
