I have been learning Spanish with Adriana for almost two years. She is wonderful. I have learned so much from our conversations together. She has also helped improve my grammar. Adriana is very intelligent, creative, and patient. We always find something interesting to talk about. I look forward to our weekly sessions knowing it will always be fun and stimulating. Adriana's lesson are the perfect balance of conversation, grammar, and meaty discussion. We are discussing an excellent novel together, and Adriana creates an amazingly thorough lesson guide for each chapter that includes vocabulary, discussion questions, and grammar points/exercises using sentences from the chapter. I've never experienced this quality of lesson preparation or richness of discussion. It's simply fantastic!

Every lesson with Adriana is a masterclass! She is incredibly well-prepared and so invested in teaching. Today we continued our discussion of the excellent book we are reading, and really delved into the material. We also did grammar exercises. The unique aspect of our grammar study is that the structures are tied to the book as well, and are perfect for my level--for example, indirect speech and the pluscuamperfecto. I am so grateful to Adriana for these carefully crafted lessons, and my motivation to study has never been stronger!
