Today I beigin my journey with C25k program It's workouts program designed to make you run 5 km successfully during 8 weeks of exercise just 3 time per week. I started today at 6:45 am and for 25 minutes I changed between jogging and brisk walking. I had felt like he'll at the middle of the training, but after I finished I felt great.

I started today at 6:45 am and for 25 minutes I alternated between jogging and brisk walking. It felt like hell in the middle of the training, but after I finished I felt great.
