I'm not really a big fan of movies, but my favorite is Forest Gump. I've seen/watched it three times.
It's more natural to say "I'm" and "I've" rather than "I am" and "I have", but of course, either is acceptable.
Seen and watched are interchangeable in this context.

watched it three times :)
