Honestly, for a list like this, you should take the time to look in a dictionary first.  You can also do an image search for each word. In most cases, the differences will be absolutely clear.

I think by using "among", you suggest that there are several types of differences, ie. you could classify these words in several ways. I'd still use "the differences" because you need to compare each one against the others.

The clearest way of asking the question is, "How do these words differ in meaning from each other?"
