Some people think that schools should reward students who show the best academic results while others believe that it is more important to reward students who show improvements. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.<o:p></o:p>

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT MY ESSAY?

These days, when studying has attained increasing concerns, which leads to a boost in the number of splendid students, more scholarships and fellowships are raised to prop such pupils. It is thought that who achieve stellar outcomes are deserved being awarded whereas some people believe that those can show progress in their performances are worthier. Both are merited but I subscribe to the latter.<o:p></o:p>

Many hold the view that students showing development the most over a term or school year should be advocated for their attempt, even endeavour to improve their results, thence incentivizing and making motivation for them to perform better in the future. It may be also deemed that not everyone is gifted, in turn only the top students getting rewards is inequitable. <o:p></o:p>

However, I am inclined to believe that students with terrific grades should get the recognition for their aptitudes as well as their diligence in the form of rewards. In Vietnam universities, undergraduates gaining  magnificent achievements can win scholarships every term. To attain such achievements, they have to make sustainable efforts, not short-term attempts. Therefore, it is rational to reward them for their devotion to study. Besides, they can be models for all the students, including mediocrity to emulate. <o:p></o:p>

In summary, although there are strong arguments to recognize the students for evolving, it is more sensible to give the high achievers the accolades in the interests of fairness and the spirit of excellence.
