This doesn't directly answer your question, but I've posted links for learning "Business English" on my profile.  In addition, I just did an internet search on - ESL financial - and found some relevant sites, for example:

There are 2000 English teachers but only a few participate in the forums.  

Use "Find a Teacher" with skills such as finance, investment, or capital.  I found 10 teachers with the skills "financial."
