Not at all! In my opinion mariage is the first thing to do if you want make a family. I understand not well to have children without a mariage because a child is more commitment than a wedding. In the same way, I don’t agree with sexual relationship before a wedding. So , you can be married without children and spend time with your husband (or you wife). There are a lot of couple married who wait some years before their first child. Well, it was just my opinion, but everybody is free to do whatever they want 😅

in fact it doesn’t matter whether people are officially married or just live together. If partners love each other, value each other, respect personal space and go to the same goal together, then marriage really becomes valuable

It depends on which country you live¿ in my country, marriage is the base of relationships, without marriage, we can't have any relationship.

No it's not and will not be as long as the concepts of private property and inheritance exist. The social institution of marriage exists mainly to preserve those two things, it's not at all necessary for the purpose of procreation. We have been procreating since as long as life evolved some 3.5 billion years ago but marriage has existed for no longer than ten or maybe fifteen thousand years, since we started practicing agriculture and private property came into existence.
