Since yesterday, I can't post anything in the discussion section nor I can reply to others' posts. Also, some of the messages sent by friends were not delivered. I reached out the customer service, and I have been asked to send a screenshot of the problem I'm facing which doesn't make sense!

By the way, I'm using the PC version now just to write this post.

Anyone else facing the same problem(s)?
