This is a very anti-Western philosophy thought.  There are many sayings in English extolling the indispensible role of the individual.  "<em>One person can make a difference</em> and every person should try."~President Kennedy; "The Power of One." "Act as if what you do makes a difference.  It does."  ~William James; "Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little."  ~Edmund Burke;"<em>Well Behaved Women</em> Rarely Make History"

The voice of one man is the voice of no one.but sometime ,one man's active can change the world,yes or no?
