what you will do if u wake up at night bcoz of really bad horrible dream

In my case I just change my side n go to sleep again lol

  It is important to do something very physical to take yourself entirely out of your "sleep" state.

 

  Example.  Drink a lot of water.    Walk around and think of pleasant things for awhile such as your loved ones or a favorite book or movie.

 

  Stay away for awhile. Make hot water for tea or even watch a TV show for a little while

(not a  scary movie).  

 

  After you have taken yourself out of your dream state entirely,  return to bed.  Say a prayer.

Drink a lot of water and keep a headphones on your ears , whatever you like a songs listen it and go to bed..

Think about it for like  2 or 3 minutes,

 

sometimes drink water, 

and sleep...
