I would like to know the school system of your country!
In Italy there are:
- Primary school that lasts 5 years ( from 6 to 11 years old)
- Secondary school that lasts 3 years (from 11 to 14 years old)
- High school that lasts 5 years (from 14 to 19 years old): you can choose a Liceo or a vocational school
So we start university at 19!
University lasts 3 years or 5 years!
Hey there!
Here in England, Primary School lasts from the age of 4 - 11. However, some children go to nursery first before Primary School, between the ages of 3 - 4.
High School is from the age of 11 - 16.
College is optional and you can choose to do A Levels (like school subjects) or vocational courses! This lasts for two years, between the ages of 16 - 18.
And once you are 18 and have the necessary qualifications, you can attend university. This is usually 3 years but some courses can be more depending on what your area of study is (for example, to become a medical professional you might have to study for 5-7 years).
Hope this helped you!

In France
-3 years of 'maternelle' (from 3 to 6)

After that the school is not mandatory but usually people choose to go to the 'lycée' during 3 years and go to 'université'
