It wouldn't be easy, but it is not impossible. You just have to work harder. Heck, I didn't have any language partners while learning English and I converse just fine now.

Yes is very difficult, that whay i'm here in Italk. we need to practice all the time. 

I think a language patern is very useful for your study,but the mainly problem is yourself hard work,
