i have a problem with english

i can write and read in english

but i don't understand anything when i hear someone speak in english

i know that the reason behind it is that i learned using pen and paper, not talks !!

i can teach anyone colloquialisms egyptian :D

It is hard, because some people using different accents when they speaking.

But, you can improve your listening by watching some movies and listening to the music in English.
